What is Namuna 8

Namuna 8 is the property assessment register (कर आकारणी नोंदवही) that every Gram Panchayat in Maharashtra keeps. It lists each house and plot in the village with its owner, size, type of construction and the tax fixed for it. The demand bill, the notice and the receipts all start from this register.

Why it matters

What we deliver

House register

Every house and plot with owner, road, ward and wadi, size, water connection, and the construction details of part two, with photos.

Tax worked out for you

Rates, bands and percentages are kept in rules the administrator can adjust. Land and building tax, water tax, health and street-light tax are calculated the same way every time.

Standard Namuna 8 print

The statutory assessment register in the familiar layout, one house per page or the whole village in numbered batches, with page and serial numbers.

Demand bills and notices

Demand bills (Namuna 9 ka) and the demand notice in the statutory wording, printed in bulk for a range of property numbers.

Receipts and registers

House-tax and water-tax receipts, general receipts, cash books, classified registers and the pending-dues lists, always matching the ledger.

Year-end rollover

Closes the year, carries arrears forward and opens the next year, with a backup you can download first.

Dashboard and reports

Demand against collection, outstanding dues, ward and road summaries and monthly collection at a glance.

Village website

A public website for the Gram Panchayat: news and notices, members, schemes, budget, documents, photo gallery and an online grievance box, managed with the same sign-in.

Safe and in your language

Marathi and English screens. Passwords are stored so that nobody can read them, every change is logged, and a forgotten password can be recovered with a security question.
